Институциональные ловушки цифровизации высшего образования

В статье выявлены и систематизированы институциональные ловушки процесса цифровизации высшего образования. К таким ловушкам отнесены: менеджеризм в высшем образовании; технологический детерминизм; неготовность или недостаточная готовность вузов к переходу на онлайн- или гибридное обучение; снижение привлекательности высшего образования среди молодёжи; возрастание риска кибератак на вузы; сложности с внедрением технологических инноваций в вузах; трудности обработки, анализа и использования больших данных ввиду резкого роста их объёма. Для каждой из выявленных институциональных ловушек дано определение и предложены методы её преодоления. Авторами представлены сценарии развития высшего образования в условиях цифровизации в России.
